We offer a free of charge delivery service to postcodes within a 10-mile radius of our stores. Currently, we cannot deliver to postcodes outside of those ​areas and you will not be able to complete a checkout transaction if a postcode is not valid. Collection from any of our stores is available.

Deliveries are carried out Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9.00am to 5.30pm.  Once an order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient delivery day and we aim to delivery within 5 working days of the order being placed.  As goods are located at our stores we may have to transfer goods from one store to another before delivery is carried out and there may be occasions where we cannot meet the 5 working day timescale.  If this is the case, we will inform you when we call to arrange delivery.

We deliver goods on our own vehicles using our employed staff and can delivery to a room of choice if requested when the drivers arrive.  We do not offer a timed delivery service but can request the drivers call you on the day of delivery to offer an anticipated delivery time once they have arranged their route. 

We do not offer a disposal service and therefore cannot take away any old or unwanted goods.

If you have ordered more than one product, we will always attempt to deliver all goods in one delivery.  If this is not possible, we will discuss the options for separate deliveries when contacting you to confirm an order.

We do offer a Free Nationwide Delivery on all our Mlily Mattress range.
