Shopping Basics

You can place your order securely online or over the telephone. You should be able to follow the steps on our product pages to place an order online but if you experience any problems just get in contact. Payments made online are secure and handled by a 3rd party provider meaning no data is seen or retained by us.

Yes, all prices displayed include VAT.  Unlike some sites, the price shown is the price paid!

Collection from a store of choice is an option. When we call to confirm your order and arrange delivery, please let us know you wish to collect the goods.  Please bear in mind that goods may be held in different stores and immediate collection may not always be possible.

If you have seen the products on our site cheaper elsewhere then we will ensure we beat or match the price!  Please keep a note of the site so we can check the price when making contact with us to request a price match.

Services

Yes!  Products where samples are available will be clearly marked allowing you to add to your cart. You can order up to 3 samples, free of charge and these will be posted out from our stores.

Yes!  We can obtain 99% of flooring products on the market!  Just head over to our main website for more information.

We do not offer a fitting service for the products sold on this site.  Should you require a installed price, please contact us and our stores will be happy to help assist with that.

We are happy to help with your measurements, however we do not offer an estimating service for the products sold on this site.  Should you require a home visit, please contact us and our stores will be happy to help assist with that.

Shipping & Delivery

We will deliver all orders within 5 working days but aim to be quicker.  Some products need to come from other stores so will take a bit longer but we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to update you an the expected delivery date.

As our delivery service is to postcodes local to our stores only, we do not add a charge for delivery.

As delivery routes are planned once orders are placed, we cannot give set days and times when placing the order.  We will contact you within 24 hours of placing an order to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Deliveries are effected Monday through to Saturday between 9am and 5.30pm.  We cannot give timed slots but our drivers will call on the day of delivery with an anticipated time of arrival.

We use our own fleet of vehicles and employed staff to carry out the deliveries.  They can deliver to a requested room of choice.

Unfortunately not. In order to ensure our prices remain as low as possible, we cannot offer delivery to any postcode outside of our local store areas.
